Trust
Nothing invented. Everything traceable.
These rules are enforced inside the product, not just written on a website. If Lurq cannot verify something, it tells you.
Every claim about a candidate quotes the resume.
No quote, no fact. Lurq will not store a claim it cannot quote.
Every signal shows its source.
The funding filing, the company's own careers page, the line on the resume, the reply in your inbox.
Unverified emails are blocked.
Every address is marked verified, catch-all, unverified or invalid. Lurq sends only to verified addresses and to catch-all domains that pass a probe. Invalid addresses never send, unverified ones are blocked unless you added the contact yourself, and an address that belongs to another company is blocked.
If Lurq cannot find the person, it says so.
An empty result is a valid result. It never names a likely contact it cannot support.
Companies under 1,000 employees.
Never a recruitment agency, a job board or an investment fund.
Nothing sends until you have read it.
A campaign cannot launch until every email has been previewed exactly as the recipient will read it. Change the template and the preview must be redone.
It sends from your mailbox, in business hours.
Daily caps, Sundays off, and it stops the moment someone replies. Unsubscribes are honored for good.
It never writes to your candidates.
Lurq writes to companies, never to the candidate. Every email it drafts keeps the candidate anonymous: no name, no contact details, employers described rather than named. The anonymized profile goes only when you choose to attach it.
Your data is yours.
Your CRM stays the system of record. Lurq writes back to it and never overwrites a record your consultants own.
